Foundation Technology Sponsor: QUT Information Studies Group

QUTISG LogoIt is our great pleasure to announce our new sponsor,  the Queensland University of Technology Information Studies Group (QUTISG).  As our Foundation Technology Sponsor, QUTISG’s sponsorship will help us continue to grow the International Librarians Network and make it sustainable for the future.

Over the last three years, the ILN has offered online professional development opportunities to 4,700 participants from over 120 countries. We are appreciative of the support from our sponsors and partners which allows us to continue to offer our programs freely to librarians around the world. In addition to being passionate library and information educators, the QUT Information Studies Group team have been long-time supporters of the ILN so we are very pleased to have them on board as our very first sponsor.

Kate Davis, the Coordinator of Library and Information Education  at QUT commented that “as providers of LIS education and professional development, we’re excited to have the opportunity to work with the International Librarians Network, an organisation that supports library and information practitioners to be lifelong learners. Alyson, Clare, Kate and team do fantastic work providing opportunities for information professionals all around the world to network and learn from each other. We’re very much looking forward to working with the team over the next year.”
