ILN pilot program launched

ILN Logo

Welcome to the pilot program of the International Librarians Network!

We are very excited to be launching the pilot program, and we’re pleased to have interest. The pilot will allow us to test the ideas that we’ve been working on, and tweak the program so that when we do a full launch later in 2013 everything is running smoothly. We appreciate you helping us out with that.

We also appreciate your patience – the point of running a pilot is to test something and fix bugs, of which there may be a few. If something doesn’t work the way you think it should work, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing us on contact.ilnetwork@gmail.com

The timetable of the pilot and, hopefully, full program can be found at ILN timetable.

You can sign up for the pilot at Join ILN. Please note that the pilot will run on limited numbers, so if you miss out don’t fret – if our pilot is successful we’ll keep your details on hand for the full program, which we hope to launch later in 2013.

We’re also looking for people willing to sign up as country coordinators for the full program. If you are interested in being a country coordinator please email us on contact.ilnetwork@gmail.com. In the coming months we’ll be putting out a more formal call for country coordinators, complete with position descriptions.

The International Librarians Network will work best with active participation – so we’d love to read any comments you leave below!

  1. I just want to say Thank You, the New Zealand & Australian librarians were so very helpful and kind when I was first putting my research together for my present blog. I owe them all a debt of gratitude.
